is the quadrivalent HPV recombinant vaccine effective even if the person has genital warts already?

what if before getting the vaccine, some temporary cure are being done on the warts, would it make the effect faster?
I am a guy and i read that gardasil is effective on mewn also. I am here in the Philippines and i would like to know more. i wanna get these warts out of me.

Mattew 		there are only two vaccines of HPV vaccine: Gardasil and Cervarix. Both helps to prevent against 4 HPV type ONLY. They are 6, 11, 16, and 18. If you are a carrier of let's say HPV type 58, it makes sense to be vaccinated. But if you already are a carrier of 6, 11, 16, and 18, then it doesn't.

Guest07 		Gardasil is the quadrivalent HPV recombinant vaccine.

Gardasil is a preventive vaccine. It prevents 4 genital HPV types 6,11,16 and 18.

It will not make the treatment more effective or faster. Gardasil is not used for a treatment.

If you have not acquired all 4 genital HPV types it may offer some benefits. The vaccine is most effective if given before any sex. They are 40 genital HPV types. The vaccine does not prevent all genital HPV types...and it does not prevent all cervical cancers due to other HPV types that the vaccine does not prevent.
